The website operated at www.oneofoneflora.design, serves as an online store for the sale of dried flower art, prints, and designed items.

Use of the website and any purchase made therein are subject to the terms detailed in these regulations. Browsing the site or placing an order constitutes full agreement to these terms.
Purchases on the site are permitted only for individuals aged 18 and over who possess a valid means of payment.

2. Nature of the Artworks and Products

Natural Materials: Original products are based on real, natural vegetation. By their nature, flowers may undergo a natural process of fading or color change over time, depending on environmental conditions and light exposure. These changes are part of the product's character and are not considered a defect.
Handmade: As original works are handcrafted using raw materials from nature, slight variations in flower placement or shades may occur between products and between the photograph on the website and the physical product received.
Display: Product colors on computer or phone screens may appear slightly different from reality due to varying display settings.

3. Purchase, Payment, and Delivery

Prices and VAT: Prices for buyers in Israel include VAT as required by law, and billing will be conducted in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). Export sales (buyers outside of Israel) are subject to zero-rate VAT in accordance with the Value Added Tax Law, 5736-1975, and will be calculated accordingly. Export prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
Delivery Times: Products will be delivered to the customer within a maximum of 14 business days from the moment the transaction is approved.
Shipping Responsibility: The website is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or factors beyond the business's control.
Customs and Import Taxes: The customer is responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and additional payments that may apply to international orders according to their country's laws. These payments are not included in the product price and will not be collected by the business.
Self-Collection: Self-collection is possible by prior appointment from 12 Habosem St., Mevaseret Zion, via telephone coordination.

4. Cancellation of Transaction and Returns Policy

Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
A purchase may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging.
A cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (the lower of the two) will be deducted from the refund. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer.
Special Orders: Products prepared or printed with personal customization according to the customer's request cannot be canceled or returned.
International Customers: Customers outside of Israel wishing to cancel a transaction will bear the cost of return shipping and any applicable customs fees. The refund will be issued in US Dollars for the amount actually paid.

6. Limitation of Liability

The business and anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of using the product or relying on information on the website.
Maximum liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the product.
Natural Changes: Changes in color and texture resulting from the nature of the dried flowers in the original works (see Section 2) do not constitute grounds for return or compensation.

All copyrights for the designs, images, and content on the website belong to One of One. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
These regulations shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Jurisdiction: For buyers in Israel: Exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts in Jerusalem. For buyers outside of Israel: In the event of a dispute, the parties will first act to find an amicable solution. In the absence of agreement, Israeli law shall apply, but territorial jurisdiction will be determined according to the circumstances.
